Is there a way to uninstall this automatically, or manually?

Hi, simply remove the folder where you installed it. It is self contained app so it doesn't mess up with your local python or your other tools. It installs a miniconda environment and keeps everything in there except your personal folder that you can choose to put elsewhere. But by default it is put in the same folder
