Audio should be stopped, then played, and nothing else
Actual Behavior
The audio stops, plays, but also changes the volume for some reason
Steps to Reproduce
Make a sound play until done, place it in a loop, add a reset timer, open any sound in the editor (does not need to be the same sound), press play and stop repeatedly (or just letting it loop works)
I only clicked off and back on again to show the updated audio.

A variation of this bug also seems to be in base Scratch relating to variables and start sound rather than the timer
