Idea: Project Tag On Project Page

Hello! I just had this random idea that I think would be really cool for PenguinMod.

Instead of having tags in the name or description, you could add little tags above the voting menu. (If someone had a tag in the title it would be converted.)

That would be above the voting menu for each tag.
Clicking these tags would lead to all projects with that tag.

It would also be nice to have a GUI on the uploading screen for selecting tags. (Like YouTube's little tag gui)

this seems nice, though i kind of feel like the project page has too many buttons & links already so i dont know if adding it now would be fine or trying to reduce the amount of stuff on one page would make sense
