can't delete ext. nor scroll to ext. category on mobile

Expected Behavior

1. When you tap on an extension category, the block pallette scrolls you to that specified category
2. When you hold on an extension category, the "delete extension" button shows up

Actual Behavior

1&2. they don't work

Steps to Reproduce

get anything that's considered a mobile device,
open chrome/safari, go to penguinmod and then go to the editor, add an extension from the extensions tab, and then tap/hold the extension category
