There are several online services that offer Text To Speech (TTS), for example Twilio or Google Translate but there would certainly be a delay...

Maybe this should just be implemented to see of such a delay is annoying or not...

Instead of using the Google or Twilio TTS, the newly created Nerd Host TTS could be used.

Is the source also online? That way users could choose to run their own, if they wanted to (it might also make it possible to integrate it into the Parrots server).
