This issue was already fixed (see #1306). Please upgrade to the 2.3.5 version of PSReadLine from PowerShell Gallery.

Press the up arrow key on the keyboard
Expected behavior
The previous command in the history is shown and there is no exception thrown
Actual behavior
The error message is shown, I still continue to execute other commands after this happened. The problem happened twice.
