workspace attribute on exercisegroup element

In html, after hitting US and also after hitting print, there is workspace added to each exercise in the exercisegroup.

In building for pdf, the workspace on the exercisegroup appears to get ignored - none of the exercises have workspace added, and there's none added at the end of the exercisegroup either.
