Para la asoc cuando tenemos un error en sentry el mismo se manda a Zulip. Deberiamos hacer lo mismo con las otras cuentas de sentry

No usamos más Sentry. Vale la pena integrarlo con Telegram? Igual recibimos mail...

Relacionado con #82
Entiendo que Zulip se usa (o usaba) solo para la infra de pyar y no como una alternativa a Telegram. Es así?
