Python scripts should be packaged - put it in a subdirectory with a minimal 'pyproject.toml', see e.g. https://github.com/XAI4GEO/Tree_Classification/tree/main/packages/geocoded_object_extractor

After moving the script, check the relative paths inside the scripts and also update the documentation.
