Paths in doc and script of Container wrapper for Spider system

First, the script spider_container_deploy.sh should be moved to the folder scripts.
Then, the paths in readme and the script itself should be checked. For example, here mentioned:
change to the JupyterDaskOnSLURM directory and and execute the spider_container_deploy.sh script. However,the script changes the directory to HOME and then uses ../ to copy files. This is not correct, see here.

Hi @SarahAlidoost , thanks I had also noticed the issue last week. Currently the script works only if JupyterDaskonSLURM is in the HOME directory (see #73). Let's maybe address this separately from #75, what do you think?
