How to install sasquatch in Cygwin with patch

I've managed to compile and install sasquatch on Cygwin using the following patch. This may be useful info for those who like to use Cygwin. In addition, seeing that SquashFS is so poorly maintained, I believe it will never implement the patches from 10 years. So I suggest that perhaps we should just cleanup and maintain our own copy of it?

There are good reasons for this: there are many issues with that package that concerns a wide range of distributions! (Not only Cygwin)

This is not support ticket, it's a request to add the patch in the not-ever-looked-at sasquatch repo.
The patch I have provided fixes everything. The only thing left is to add instructions to your README or Wiki.
