A minor bug in the RTL user interface

There's a minor bug in the RTL 0.14.1-beta user interface which is included with the latest version of BTCPay Server.

When using Firefox for example and opening RTL via BTCPay the user interface comes up perfectly but upon hitting the refresh button in the browser the main section of the RTL interface moves to the left and is partially hidden behind the left section divider where the Dashboard, On-Chain, Lightning etc tabs are.

It's easily worked around by simply resizing the browser a little but it would be nice to have a permanent fix.

I am unable to reproduce it locally. Tried refresh on Firefox for tens of times.
