Rust rewrite
Deprecate regex in favor of globs

Glob-patterns are:

much simpler to implement (no lib needed)
easier to read, write, and learn/understand
easier to standardize (no more "impl-defined")
more akin to a "turtar"

For TC (and to emulate FRACTRAN faithfully), I'll allow arbitrary list of globs

Actually, there's no need for globs
