Missing Design Guideline in this repo

Issue Description

As UI5 web component is open source, it is expected that developer can customize it to fit their purpose. As we also expect the Fiori Design Guideline for UI5 web component should been used hand by hand, it should be also expected that the developers adopt ui5 webcomponent may need to customize the fiori guideline in order to fulfill their requirements.

But, not like the technical component, the Deisgn Guideline document is located in another website with a commercial copyright. That will limited the capabity for adopters integrated the design guideline into their own system or customize it according to match the customization of ui5 web component.

It is nesseary that the design document and technical document have same license term in order to allow developers adopt ui5web component harvest full value
