Support for thread safe XSLT 3 transformation in Saxon-HE

Need support for thread safe XSLT 3 transformation using Saxon-HE in java. Currently it seems like it is not thread safe, making it complex to work with in multi threaded environment

Please register on the forums at saxonica.plan.io where we can explain how to make your application thread-safe. You need to tell us which API you are using (s9api or JAXP).
