Discord activity description only displays "Loading screen", despite playing through songs

Searching for process
Opening process
Getting module information
Searching pages for wanted memory data
Found pattern 0 at 0x000000014073A668
Memory reader finished initiating
Opening discord connection
Doing discord handshake
Handshake complete
If you see a "Memory read failed with error code 299" but the program hasn't stopped, you can just ignore it. Happens in between transitioning states.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Sound Voltex Exceed Gear
2. Launch sdvx_rich_presence
3. Start a song in normal mode

Thanks for reminding me. I actually found this out a while ago, but forgot after I tried to fix it and couldn't refind the right offsets. I'll try again soon to fix it.

Update: sorry for taking a while, I just don't have much motivation to fix it since the way I found the offsets was quite a hassle. Ideally I can use a more reliable way of finding the offsets. So, I'm not sure when I'll actually get around to fixing it.
