Import a local effect, expression or function

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to import a local effect, expression or function from a skript to another. I've heard that in the next skript update there will be local functions, and i have a seperate skript for a function that i would like to make local, but i also wanna use it in other skripts.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe something like

import from skript:
<skript/folder>.function:test()

(just something i thought of, i don't know if it would be possible
