Here is a screenshot from Wireshark. The raspberry pi IP address is 192.168.1.23. I am not connected to the stream in any way on the PC side, other than simply turning on the Raspberry Pi and having it plugged into my LAN and booted up to the startup script. No browser is open on my PC.
