Download everything

Unless I'm missing something, talecast cannot simply download everything - its default is to download only 10 things, and so far as I can tell the only way to get more is to switch it to backlist mode, in which case it takes one day per episode maximum catchup speed (which is horrible for audiobooks). Am I missing something?

simply remove the max_episodes key in the config! talecast --edit-config

I can see how that would work if I'd known about it (so I did change that setting). But now that I'm subscribed, it doesn't change anything, and I don't see how to make it go back to the beginning (or wherever I'd want) and download.

Oh man, I just tried the obvious and it didn't work - I tried to re-subscribe to the same podcast giving it a different name, and it didn't download ANYTHING -- I have no idea what's going on here.
