Hi Guys, Thanks for making so nice lib.

But recently after I publish my project to live, it got a strange issue as the screenshot. BTW it is working very well on my local.

After research I got something which might relative, it is vuejs/core#4260, Could we move the vue from "dependencies" to "devDependencies"?
