반응형 웹 디자인을 적용한다.

Details

원래 반응형은 기능 구현 이후에 하고자 했음
하지만 다양한 환경(아이맥, 아이패드)에서 작업 및 로컬 테스트를 할 때 불편한 점이 있어 미리 작업 예정
