Crash when changing Dimensions in MC 1.7.10

Describe the crash
Changing dimension in Multiplayer or Singleplayer crashes the MC client almost every time in the 1.7.10 MC version.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Nether portal or End portal
2. Go through the portal

Expected behavior
To not crash when changing dimensions.

Possible related error
Additionally I found another error that could be related to the previously described error on the server as this one appears on the server when changing dimension. This error does not crash the server but I included it here as it could be related to the original one.
