Stahp It 1.0.0RC1

This is a binary release candidate of Stahp It for Windows Vista and later. The x86 version includes the 64 bit WinDivert driver, so it will function correctly if installed on a 64 bit OS as well.

Once you've installed, you may want to read the Wiki page about adding filtering categories. This is where blocking rules get loaded.
