Reproduction instructions

Open the Visual Studio 2019
Mutate a file or a whole solution
Once the mutation has finished and the "Testura mutation explorer" window is open, close the Visual Studio 2019
Open the Visual Studio 2019
==> The "..." button with "Highlight mutations in code" menu disappears (see the video attached below).
