Entry layout adjustment

First of all, thanks for building Keystatic; it looks and works great! 👍

I feel that a small improvement can be made to the entry layout. In all the cases I can think of, there are two most important fields: the title and the content fields. The title should be filled in in all cases for a valid slug and/or recognition in the list of items within a collection. Therefore, I feel that the title field should be above the content field, just like Wordpress and others do. Perhaps here we can look at which field the slug is linked to.

Minor: in some cases, I want to show fields in the centre that are required to be filled before the item can be saved. An option in the config file to pin whatever field you like to the centre of the screen would be ideal for this.
