Parameter files for replication of Bugnon et al. 2021 "Sleep and wake in a model of the thalamocortical system with Martinotti cells"

Contains the following subdirectories:

extension_module: Install to access the updated ht_neuron model in NEST
network_params: Parameter files for the default wake and sleep mode simulation
simulations: Parameter files for all the simulations described in the paper

NB: Tested on Ubuntu 18.04 with denest commit 9bbec4 and NEST 2.20.0
