Issue raised in RT 74970 by Erik Fausak.

The Librarian Directory link on the Ask a Librarian page currently links to a filtered view of the directory only with librarians who meet with patrons. At present, the only way to achieve this view, is to include all "Academic Subjects" in the "Expertise" filters, which is cumbersome if a patron wants to further filter the results.

Might need to be addressed with the other directory updates slated for a future release. If so, will need to be incorporated into design.
