error handling users without name (forename / surname) set in O365 #10

If a user has no name set, they are correctly prompted to add this information, but they are then presented with an error when returned to platform hub. Logging in again then works as expected.

It's possible that keycloak isn't sending the name as part of the auth token, when it's first set.

We currently require the name to be set, but should probably make this optional (as long as email is set).
