Look into something like this https://github.com/containrrr/shoutrrr for better notification integrations. See #192 for more.

Watchtower uses Shoutrrr for notifications if you want to look at an existing implementation. There is also appraise

I keep looking at the docs for shoutrrr and wonder how you customize the messages. Looking specifically at something like slack. I don't see a way to send a list of fields. Am I missing something, or are these notifications generally very generic in appearance?
