Fix lookup type 6.1 #161

Some fonts will fail silently when they have a lookup type 6.1 feature. This makes the entire OpenType features reporting unreliable.

See Pomax/lib-font#130 for the exciting backstory.

Also, take the opportunity to update LibFont, and catch parse errors so we don't fail silently when a lookup can't be parsed.
