Better UI

Although I think it's obvious enough that something needs to happen, I'd like to make a formal request for a better user interface. Not the in-game stuff, of course. But ImGui is clearly designed for non-touch interfaces and probably shouldn't be modded to work with one.

Right now my personal preference would be adapting stenzek's UI from DuckStation Android, but I don't know how difficult that would be or how well it would work.
