Android Accessibility + Xbox S Controller + SoH issue

I've come accros an issue when having the Android accessibility activated (I need it for Macrodroid). The Xbox controller commands don't work except Select and Start.
The direction pads work fine on the Android interface, but not in SoH.

Si it's either Accessibility ON or SoH.

Does someone else had this issue?
