Refactor Travis Tests for Backend #29

Travis test cases are lagging behind the development accomplished at H4M. We need to refactor test cases to match current data.

I would also like to add a new test (or tests) to check the accuracy of test queries or sentence alignments

It looks like the diff is failing on my_tokenizer.sh for 100% of the file, which tries to dump the entire contents of both files into the log. We already expected the diff to fail because our "standard" changed when we changed how the tokenizer worked.
