A Four-Group Probalistic Model to Leveraging Pleiotropy in GWAS(LPG)
##Installation
To install the the packages "LPG", firstly, install the 'devtools' package. Besides, "LPG" depends on the 'Rcpp' and 'RcppArmadillo' package, which also requires appropriate setting of Rtools and Xcode for Windows and Mac OS/X, respectively.
