[Bug]: Pocketpal Stops Inferencing in Background

Describe the bug
PocketPal frequently stops inferencing if I navigate to another app. It would be nice if PocketPal would create an Android Foreground Service to at least finish the current response.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Send a message to a loaded model.
2. Navigate to another app or two.
3. Model inferencing stops.

Expected behavior
I would expect the app to continue inferencing while I'm in another app. (Provided enough memory is available.)
