Description

The code coverage computations as part of the test runs was using Travis and was not covering all the tests. We want to reinstate them in Azure.

This would require rerunning the coverage pytest plugins. I have mixed feeling though as this will slow down our tests even more .
So I am instead closing this in favor of aboutcode-org/skeleton#52
