Table views missing lines from the frozen header #1459

This is a follow-up for the recently fixed #1457

The frozen header bar works nicely and is really useful, thanks for that @tdruez!

But it seems there is a minor UI issue where the lines for the frozen header are not rendered.
Attaching screenshots below to explain:

This is reproduced both in a local development installation and docker installations.
