Hi
I just tried to use your FF extension:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/github-release-download-count/ (V1.3.4)
Installs from the FF add-ons page, but does not appear to show anything when I navigate to the Github "Release" page.

I also attempted to install the *.xpi directly from this repository and FF says "Cant install extension as file appears to be corrupt..." or similar.

Looks like a convenient add-on, so I will watch and try again soon :)

Best regards
Axle

Maybe possible rewrite to userScript? (Tampermonkey, Violentmonkey or Greasemonkey)
