This gives a white status bar if used with ->

android:windowSoftInputMode="adjustResize"
android:fitsSystemWindows="true"

Hello, are you using that gradient file for color on status bar? I am confused for this error. One more thing please download this project and run without change anything. If you get the same issue please message me again.
