When first test in MultiNodeSpec is skipped, all other tests in spec are ignored #17

Currently first test in spec is checked for Skip property, and if it is set the whole spec is skipped.

Need to skip only the marked test, and iterate all other tests in spec.

This is how old MNTR was handling multiple tests in single spec all the time, so do not require this in 1.0.0 release - can wait for 1.1.0.
