Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when looking the BoardGameGeek rankings files and not know the structure and content of data.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a data dictionary catalog and communicate the structure and content of data, and provides meaningful descriptions for individually named data objects.

Additional context
Here is a blank template to manually create a data dictionary from the USDA.
