Tata 1mg Clone

Tata 1mg is an e-commerce website backed by Tata Group. The site is focused on providing a market place mainly for medicines and other hygiene related products. The site also provides option to purchase Vitamins & Nutrition related items as well as Healthcare Devices such as thermometers and other medical equipment. It has recently included a new category of products under "Covid Essentials."

Project_Objective:

Our objective is to replicate the original site with all the functionalities and design elements. We aim to create the best clone of the website using the skills we have learnt through Masai School.

Softwares:

We used the following softwares:

1. VS Code - To write HTML,CSS and JavaScript code.
2. GitHub Desktop - To maintain the Git repository.
3. Microsoft Edge,Google Chrome & Mozilla Firefox - To check the functionality and output of the code.
4. Postman - To check api's during developing phase.

Database:

1.MongoDB -to store data. 2.MongoDB Compass. 3.MongoDB Atlas.

Languages:

We wrote the code in the following languages:

1. HTML - We used HTML to give the basic structure to our webpages.
2. CSS - We used CSS to give style properties to our webpages.
3. JavaScript - We used JavaScript to give dynamic and functional abilities to our webpages. 4.express.js - To communicate with database. 5.mongoDb - To store data.
4. CLI - We used CLI to commit changes to our repository.

This is a collaborative project. We have worked on this project and submitted it for our UNIT-3 and worked on backend part for our UNIT-4 Evaluation in Masai School.
