Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be great to be reminded in the instructions to update the coverage on Coveralls in order to keep the coverage bage up to date.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add instructions in the CONTRIBUTING.md file in order to help remind core contributors to update the coverage report badge on Coveralls.

None.
