Sending notifications to multiple services

I recently started using *push again as my primary phone is going to repair and I had to get another phone temporarily which happens to be Windows Phone 8.1 which IRC client doesn't stay up in the background so I use *push with supertoasty.

As Supertoasty is only available for WP, I am unable to get notifications with any other service, so it would help me if I could use multiple services at the same time like Supertoasty and Pushover for example.

_My primary phone is Jolla running Sailfish and it's currently missing all native push services, so I wasn't using _push with it, but those will surely come at some point.
