Regex message

Along with the regex match, I'd like to restrict {message} to a particular match. If I use znc-push to notify me of URLs posted in channel, I'd like to use the URL component as a pushover link and eliminate the rest of the line.

An even better feature would be to create a new expansion that would contain only the matched text. That would allow the URL to be sent as an auto-open to Pushover while leaving the original message intact
