Error 1010

I'm attempting to use your API from a server, and i'm receiving the error

error sending to endpoint https://openiban.com/validate/DE89370400440532013000?getBIC=true&validateBankCode=true
Root Cause: BadRequestException :
Error code : forbidden
Response :error code: 1010
error from returned HTTP status: 403 error code: 1010.

do you have any ideas what this could mean? when i hit the same endpoint from my browser, it does succeed correctly. is there something in the header you're looking for in particular?
