Apostrophe 4.5.3: hotfix for timeout impacting relationship selection

A client discovered that the underlying configuration of some Windows OS computers using a trackpad could encounter a focus timeout issue, which impacted the ability of content managers to make selections in the Admin UI from a relationship field. This issue stemmed from the focus timeout expiring too quickly, making it difficult for users to complete their selections.

This bug affected only content managers on specific machines and had no impact on front-end only users. Addressing this long-standing issue ensures smoother operation for content managers working with the Admin UI on affected systems and we recommend updating using either npm update or npm update apostrophe.
