What issue are you facing?
When creating a DAO using Govern, the app get's stuck on the 'Creating your DAO' page, even while the 'contract interaction' transaction through Metmask has succeeded.
Similar feedback from clients has been coming using Govern on Mainnet since the last week (through Carla), fearing a loss of funds, so it seems a high priority issue. See the issue on the screenshot below:
What are the steps to reproduce this?
-Create a DAO on Govern
-Have 'use Aragon proxies' enabled
-Go through the setup flow
-Connect Metamask wallet with Rinkeby Network
-Sign the create DAO transaction
-The screen is stuck on the 'Creating your DAO page'
Can you provide any logs? i.e. response headers, output
When checking the console, it gives the following output (see image below):
Do you have an idea for a possible solution?
-Perhaps updating the url will fix the issue
-Similar issue for Mainnet might be there, which needs further testing (sorry don't wanna loose my eth testing that :)

It seems like the 'hardhat' url is faulty, a similar hardhat url can be found here in the code: https://github.com/search?q=org%3Aaragon+alchemyapi.io&type=code
