Baking a normal map

The image above was rendered with Eevee engine. The left box is a low-poly object (cube) with a baked normal map, and the right one is a high-poly object.

The image above is a UV map and a normal map of the low-poly object. "Shade Smooth" was applied to the low-poly one.
