Any solver with global minimum guarantee?

Dear argmin group,

Thank you for creating this rust crate. I found it several days ago and hope to use it for a minimization problem. I need to solve a non-convex problem with potentially several hundred non-integer variables. For Python, I see several solvers in Scipy that can provide global optimum.

Thus, I am wondering whether you have any recommendations for your existing solver that could provide a globally optimal solution.

I know you must be very busy, so I appreciate any hint or tip. Thank you very much!
